Overview: If you are passionate about endocrine issues, have compassion for patients, and deliver expert care, you would be an ideal candidate for Portland Diabetes & Endocrinology Center. We are seeking a full-time (4 days per week) Endocrinologist to join our 5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers at our physician-owned adult endocrinology specialty practice located in Portland Oregon.The ideal candidate should be a board-certified endocrinologist with a strong interest in outpatient care of patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders.We have partnerships with Legacy and Providence, which offers a large referral base, allowing for a new provider's schedule to fill quickly with a wide variety of patients who have various endocrine issues. We also feature a large, in-house lab to process most of our testing and perform ultrasound assessments and fine-needle biopsies on site.The origins of our clinic go back to the 1920s when insulin first became available for the treatment of diabetes. Through the years, Portland Diabetes & Endocrinology Center physicians have been leaders in the research and advancement of treatment for endocrine diseases.
