Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual BonusSalary: $115,000 - $125,000 and $16,600 annual bonus paid out quarterlyMaxim Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide management and oversight of clinical supervisors and clinical personnel specific to the behavioral business line.Why Join MaximCompetitive salary, weekly paychecks, & monthly bonus eligibleSalary not tied to billable hoursManageable caseloadsLocal and national clinical mentoringAbility to focus on clinical excellence with support of full operations teamHealth, dental, vision, generous PTO, and 401(k) savings planAwards and recognition programsCell phone and mileage reimbursementResponsibilitiesLeads and mentors BCBA Clinical Supervisors, assessing performance and providing development opportunities based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identified training needsResponsible for the overall clinical care and quality of behavioral services provided to Maxim clients through observation, supervision, and mentoring of clinicians and collaboration with clients and their familiesPartners with other office leadership to support appropriate levels of qualified staff, make business and marketing decisions, and develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholdersProvides supervised fieldwork to trainees pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification (or equivalent), and ongoing supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs (or equivalent)Remains current and accountable with all industry regulations including federal, state, local contract and program requirements, and Maxim requirementsQualificationsActive license or certification in good standing in behavioral field (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst when applicable by state) and four years of experience in the applied behavior analysis fieldA minimum of two years of experience in the business line setting (e.g. home, community, schools) and at least one year of supervisory experience is requiredExperience supervising behavioral services for toddlers, children, and adults preferredMust meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as requiredExperience in quality management and budget management preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training and employee developmentExperience in regulatory or payer audits or other required contractsProficiency with computers, including Microsoft OfficeCompensation Information$115,000 - $125,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $16,600, paid out quarterlyReady for a new adventure in the behavioral health field?
