The clinic operates with a model that respects time and scheduling autonomy.Base pay range$145,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrRole Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Medical Director will serve as the lead veterinarian on the clinic floor, overseeing all aspects of patient care, clinical quality, and team development. Responsibilities include implementing protocols, driving clinical standards, mentoring veterinarians and nurses, and contributing to operational strategy and clinic growth. The role requires a DVM/VMD with a minimum of five years of clinical experience and a strong background in leadership or mentorship.
