Job Description & Requirements Position: Breast Surgeon Start Date: 10/1/2025 Pay Rate: $250,000 - $600,000 About the Practice A physician-led, community-focused oncology practice in the East Bay, CA, is seeking a Breast Surgeon to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to practice patient-centered, high-quality care in a collaborative setting with extensive resources. Position Details Monday-Friday, 8-4 or 9-5 schedule 100% breast surgery (no general surgery) Collaborate with two other breast surgeons in the practice Two clinic days and three OR days per week Support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant, onsite MRI-guided biopsies, onsite medical and radiation oncology services Work at a single facility and hospital Compensation & Benefits Potential annual income over $600K Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance 401K Match & Loan Forgiveness (CMA & PSLF eligible) Comprehensive benefits package Why Choose the East Bay?
