Locums Neurosurgeon

Overview We are seeking a board-certified neurosurgeon for a trauma-focused role at a cutting-edge trauma center just outside St. Louis. You’ll join a team of six neurosurgeons, supported by eight PAs, four dedicated neurosurgical ORs, dual O-arms, and state-of-the-art equipment to serve at your highest level. This is a leadership-driven opportunity with a focus on service and self-preservation, including after-hours arrangements that allow for rest while on call. Responsibilities Cosign PA notes and oversee PA consults General Neurosurgery and Trauma Neurosurgery cases Collaborate with Neurointensivists Ability to perform complex spine surgeries for trauma (O-arm and Stealth navigation available) Qualifications Board Certified in Neurological Surgery Working Hours 24 hours call shifts, 7 days a week (7am to 7am) Compensation & Benefits Fixed daily rates — know your worth before the first incision Leadership-driven partnership — collaborate directly with the founder of Comprehensive Level One Staffing, who also takes call Note: After 9 PM, non-emergent consults are held until morning to support sleep and on-call rest.
