At Arizona Neonatology , weâre looking for a passionate Neonatologist to join our dynamic and supportive team.What Youâll Do:Provide expert care across two Level III-IV NICUs (Both 74-beds) and four Level II Special Care Nurseries in the Phoenix area.Extend your expertise to additional Level IIIa and Level II nurseries throughout Arizona.Collaborate with a dedicated team of neonatal nurse practitioners, pediatricians, and neonatologists , managing an average daily census of 125-175 infants and over 2,000 annual admissions .Why Youâll Love It Here:Academic involvement and mentor the next generation : Teach residents and medical students at Banner University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor.Work in state-of-the-art NICUs equipped with:High-frequency ventilationInhaled nitric oxideTotal body coolingaEEG monitoringSchedule:Flexible FTE available (36-45 hours per week on average)Flexible request based scheduleIn-house call at Level III-IV NICUs (approximately 4-5 per month)Minimal backup call from home (approximately 0-2 per month)Imagine waking up to 300+ days of sunshine a year, with weekends spent hiking scenic desert trails, golfing year-round, or exploring vibrant food and arts scenes.
