Responsibilities Full Time, 1 week on / 1 week off clinic schedule with hospital rounding to provide a predictable work-life balance. Manage a reasonable patient census (approximately 20-30 patients per day) with focused, quality care. Standard duties include patient care, communication, documentation, diagnostic procedures, team collaboration, quality improvement, compliance, and continuous learning. NPs handle call; excellent support staff available. Collaborate with the GI team to achieve practice goals and potential future expansion. Qualifications Current clinical competence with adequate volume documenting the ability to provide services at a high level of quality and efficiency. Board certified or board eligible through the applicable body. Current licensure and DEA; AHA BLS certification. Additional skills include effective communication and leadership abilities; able to facilitate change.
