OverviewEndodontics of the Rockies is seeking an Associate Endodontist to join our private practice in beautiful Northern Colorado (). The high quality of work by our three current doctors over the past several years has generated significant demand for our services, ensuring a full schedule of patients for a new doctor. We take pride in mentoring associates in both endodontic surgery and nonsurgical root canal treatment. The ideal candidate will obtain their endodontic certificate in the summer of 2025. Additional dental experience is preferred but not mandatory. Our support staff are experienced, allowing the associate to hit the ground running with minimal administrative concerns. Associate compensation will begin at 42% and can be negotiated higher based on prior experience. A generous sign-on bonus is also available.Culture and MentorshipWe foster a strong family culture and maintain a solid commitment to education. We are accredited by the ADA to offer CE credits to our referring dentists. Our mentorship program for associates has proven successful. We have a doctor shadowing initiative that allows us to share valuable tips and tricks with each other. An endodontic associate can expect to work in a dedicated endodontic office alongside committed endodontic assistants. All our doctors are required to use Zeiss microscopes, endodontic-specific CBCT machines, and ASI carts to ensure the highest quality of endodontic care is delivered in the most comfortable manner.Practice FocusEndodontics of the Rockies practices the full spectrum of endodontics and is renowned for its exceptionally high level of skill and sound judgment. Approximately 40% of our patients pay cash.It is essential for us to replicate a residency experience in a private practice setting. You will find a collegial atmosphere.
