Known for delivering exceptional, natural results and an elevated patient experience, our private, design-forward facility includes an AAAHC-accredited surgical center and a modern medspa.We are expanding our practice with the creation of Monarch Cosmetic Dermatology and are seeking an outstanding Cosmetic Dermatologist to lead this next chapter in growth.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Cosmetic Dermatologist to provide cutting-edge, nonsurgical aesthetic treatments in a state-of-the-art facility with an established high-end clientele. The ideal candidate has a passion for facial aesthetics, experience with injectables and lasers, and is eager to build a cosmetic-focused dermatology practice with full clinical and marketing support.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cosmetic dermatologic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, RF microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments.Collaborate with Dr. Starkman and our surgical team for pre- and post-operative skincare planning.Provide expert consultation, treatment planning, and long-term aesthetic guidance to patients.Participate in high-level brand building, PR initiatives, and social media strategy (if desired).Oversee and help grow a cosmetic-focused clinical dermatology team under Monarch Cosmetic Dermatology.QualificationsBoard Certification in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology)Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)Extensive experience with cosmetic dermatologic proceduresProfessional, confident, and polished presenceEntrepreneurial mindset and patient-focused approachExperience in a high-end aesthetic or concierge practice is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $500,000/yearBonus structure based on revenue and productivityPotential equity or profit-sharing structureFull support staff, marketing, and luxury brand alignmentBeautiful, private practice environment in North ScottsdalePaid time off, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and licensing supportReady to lead something extraordinary?We are looking for someone who wants more than a job — we’re seeking a partner in building the premier cosmetic dermatology destination in Arizona.
