Job Share - Anesthesiologist - Northwest Medical Center of Springdale, AR | $311,000 for 21 Weeks!Springdale, ARPosition Overview:We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. This opportunity includes one full-time and one part-time position. The role is a 1099 contractor position offering high compensation, generous time off, and a supportive team environment in a thriving community.Position highlights:$311,000 annually on a 1099 basis with 21 weeks offTeam of 5.5 Anesthesiologists: 3 on-site daily (1 supervising Main OR, 1 supervising Outpatient OR, and 1 available for CV cases)Coverage rotation among primary call, post-call off, and vacationAll physicians need to be heart capable; CV fellowship not requiredCase mix includes General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV.
