NEXT Oncology Virginia and Virginia Cancer Specialists, a globally recognized leader in Phase I Oncology research, are looking to add a Medical Oncologist in the Northern Virginia area. There will be an opportunity to see patients for later phase clinical studies as desired and to subspecialize depending on the candidate's interest, as well as understand and work in drug development with our partners. Our mission is the advancement of new anticancer agents for patients. The Phase 1 research program is supported by Virginia Cancer Specialists, which has over 40 oncologists and receives referrals from throughout the world due to its metropolitan location. Our patients enjoy access to state-of-the-art technologies and therapies. This position is best suited for someone passionate about both patient care and research, joining a team of three other Hematologists/Oncologists and 3 APPs.
