Clearwater Living associates enjoy great benefits and opportunity to grow.Base pay range$185,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesOversee and support specific Clearwater Living communities, working closely with the Executive Directors to ensure high quality service delivery, excellent customer service, and solid financial performance.Guide and support Executive Directors and department heads as appropriate to uphold company standards.Develop and implement an overall marketing strategy for your communities.Promote teamwork through ongoing mentoring, coaching, and recognition programs.Recruit, hire, evaluate, motivate, monitor performance, and supervise Executive Directors in the best interest of residents and in accordance with company policy.RequirementsMust be age 21 or over.Four year degree from an accredited college.Current government required certification or license to manage a community (or working towards the required certification or license).Two-year supervisory experience in long term care or assisted living.Evidence of First Aid training or related certification as required.Background clearances as required by government plete a health screening and provide negative TB test results (within the last 6 months or within 7 days of employment).BenefitsHighly competitive salariesExcellent benefits401k contributionsPaid Time Off + Sick LeaveExciting opportunities to growDynamic and fast paced environmentCulture of people first and service alwaysJob functionManagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
