Operating as the US entity of a proven European real estate group with over 70 years of investment & development experience, this organization continues to deliver progressive, forward thinking, sustainability focused real estate projects across many different sectors.With proven capital/financial support, along with a major industrial/data center campus presently in development, we are looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to join the senior leadership team and drive the design and construction execution of this flagship project.Position SummaryThe Senior Vice President will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a hyper-scale data center campus development program. This role will own the project lifecycle from design through construction execution and final commissioning.The ideal candidate is a seasoned, technically sophisticated, and highly strategic professional with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects.
