OverviewGeneral Manager of Facilities – Providence Point (Issaquah, WA). HOAMCO seeks a full-time General Manager of Facilities for Providence Point, a master-planned community with over 1,008 condominium units, 156 residential buildings and four activity buildings on 161 acres. This is a full-time position offering benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K and more.ResponsibilitiesOversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs on all clubhouse facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC (preferred), and structural components.Coordinate with and supervise external vendors and staff for repairs, maintenance, and services (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, pool services) to ensure professional completion of community maintenance projects.Manage a team of maintenance personnel, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.Create and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and to minimize downtime.Ensure facilities and operations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire safety, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials, ensuring timely replenishment and cost control.Effectively communicate with residents, board members, and staff regarding clubhouse operations, upcoming projects, and maintenance activities.Responsible for annual facilities budget planning.Understanding of reserve study.Quickly diagnose and resolve facility-related issues, often under pressure, ensuring minimal disruption to clubhouse operations.QualificationsSuccessful experience with procurement of bids/proposals and bid matrix.Knowledge of computer skills; Excel, and project management apps.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walking and standing for extended periods.Why Join HOAMCOSince 1991, HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) has been a leader in community association management, currently managing over 600 communities across six states.
