OverviewVice President, Chase Rewards Product OwnerJoin our dynamic Rewards team as a Vice President Product Owner, where you'll leverage your organization, communication and problem-solving skills, along with an agile and analytical mindset to enhance our Chase Rewards product. You'll be instrumental in delivering high impact customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring our products exceed customer and client expectations, and promoting the modernization of our platform. Your role will involve strategic planning and implementation of customer-centric Rewards journeys and collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote business results.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic and tactical product vision, and define and execute a roadmap that balances foundational capability enhancements with platform modernizationMaintain evergreen product roadmap based on changing market and customer needs that delivers incremental value across multiple releasesBecome a subject matter expert on the Rewards system capabilities and cross-impacting interfaces within your assigned product areaPartner closely with Business, Technology, Architecture, and Data teams to lead product development efforts, ensuring epics and stories are clearly defined with acceptance criteria and delivered on time. Help drive completion of epics and remove blockersLead stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve the best business value possible. Use collaborative storytelling to communicate and drive cross-functional alignment for your workCommunicate product needs, progress and business challenges to executive levelCollaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills5+ years of product management, program management or relevant experienceProven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast paced environmentsAbility to synthesize large amounts of information to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct, and constantly iterate on your approachAbility to make recommendations and progress in the face of ambiguous and overlapping prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts and ideas clearly and concisely to cross-functional partners up and down the chain with the ability to influence and motivateProven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisionsCommitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up teamExperience with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), JIRA, and Confluence toolsBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plusAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
