You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee, and acting as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. You will also complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls. You will drive our business forward by always motivating your team to do their best in every guest interaction. This is an hourly role.Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.Assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.Act as a brand advocate for Victra.Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.Help implement sales tools and initiatives.Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base.Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs.Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely municate company objectives and priorities to team members.Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs.Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned.Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions.What We OfferPaid TrainingPremium Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Maternity Leave401K MatchTuition Reimbursement50% off Verizon ServiceReferral BonusFrequent ContestsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesA comprehensive benefit list can be viewed here.
