OverviewDallas, TX (Far North area) | United StatesPosition: Express General Manager at Copart. This job posting is for a Call Center-related leadership role located in Dallas, TX (Far North area). Minimum education required: Bachelor Degree.ResponsibilitiesStrong leadership experience with ability to attract, recruit, develop and retain a diverse, high performing team that meets departmental and state guidelines and expectations.Create a highly engaged team environment that drives execution, innovation, productivity, and future leaders.Ability to manage and navigate a virtual call-center environment consisting of both incoming and outgoing calls.Proactively oversee performance of managers and staff to quickly identify and address opportunities, and take appropriate action.Set goals and ensure each employee uses available tools to achieve continual success.Immediately raise any concerns that could negatively impact the department, employees, and/or customers to the Senior Operations Manager.Hold staff consistently accountable with unbiased fairness to drive performance.Maintain integrity in all interactions and decisions; embody the company's mission, vision, values, and culture.Remain within compliance guidelines for System Quality Reviews and Field Quality Reviews.Lead through innovative, creative, inspirational leadership; communicate effectively with all levels of leadership (written and verbal).Be prepared to support local or non-local CAT events throughout the year.Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager or upper Management.QualificationsMinimum of three years' experience as an Operations Manager.Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and issues.Ability to develop, recommend, and implement plans for continuous process improvement.Exceptional customer service skills and experience.Knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements.Experience managing fully remote and/or hybrid teams.Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office.Preferred Skills & ExperienceMinimum of one year call center experience.Experience working with financial institutions.Ability to generate and assess reporting data accurately and quickly.Experience leading large teams up to 100+ including hourly and salaried employees.Bi-lingual.Bachelor's Degree in an associated field.For 40 years, Copart has led its industry in innovation and customer service, enabling growth across global markets.
