You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, define product roadmaps, and lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions. Your work will directly impact how customers engage with Chase and experience our loyalty offerings.Job responsibilitiesDrive strategic product vision and define roadmap that brings your vision to life by balancing foundational capability enhancements with creative, experimentation-driven learningManage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapPartner closely with Business, Technology, Design, and Data teams to lead product development efforts, ensuring epics and stories are clearly defined with acceptance criteria and delivered on time. Help drive completion of epics and remove blockers.Be part of the solution – lead your stakeholders and cross functional teams to achieve the best business value possible. Use collaborative storytelling to communicate and drive cross-functional alignment for your work.Clearly communicate product needs, progress and business challenges to executive levelCollaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementProven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast paced environments.Ability to make recommendations and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to cross-functional partners up and down the chain with the ability to influence and motivateCommitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up teamBachelor’s degreePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus; experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) JIRA, Confluence Tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
