Backed by an experienced leadership team and aggressive growth targets, we are scaling across key U.S. markets with a focus on speed, precision, and long-term value for our partners.Director, Business DevelopmentWe are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth across key markets by forming strategic partnerships with top-tier owners, developers, and operators in the office and multifamily space. You will craft territory strategies, build executive relationships, and guide deals from vision through close. This role is suited for a senior leader with deep real estate fluency, a track record of securing transformational partnerships, and the ability to shape strategy as the company scales.Your Focus in the Sales FunnelOwn strategic market development and long-cycle negotiationsDrive top-tier prospect engagement and multi-site deal executionShape go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadershipWhat you’ll get to do in this roleOwn strategic market development and long-cycle negotiationsSet and execute regional strategies to drive partner acquisition across multiple marketsBuild and nurture executive-level relationships with property groups and portfolio ownersManage a high-volume, high-value pipeline with support from internal marketing and ops teamsClose long-term, multi-site agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunitiesShape internal tools, messaging, and cross-functional handoffs based on real-time partner needsAct as a trusted voice in the market, sharing intelligence on landlord priorities and competitive shiftsWho you areSeven to ten years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial real estate salesProven success closing multi-site agreements and long-term contracts with owners and asset managersEstablished network of senior contacts in key real estate markets such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or ChicagoStrategic mindset with the ability to craft nuanced value propositions and influence complex stakeholdersComfortable operating in early-stage and scaling environments with high performance expectationsExpertise in CRM usage, previous experience in Hubspot is preferredThe base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
