Benefits can include Paid-Time-Off, Paid Holidays, 401K matching, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability Insurance, and a variety of other perks.Responsibilities and expectationsStrong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a healthcare environment.Work independently while also collaborating with technical and clinical teract with clinicians and hospital staff with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities in daily tasks.Provide hands-on support throughout hospital facilities and follow hospital protocols.QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.3–5+ years of desktop engineering or field support experience in a hospital or clinical setting.Expertise in desktop/laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, device drivers, and endpoint security.Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) to automate desktop tasks.Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk, or other IT ticketing termediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience supporting EMR systems and clinical workflows is highly desirable.Preferred ExperienceExperience with CrowdStrike (endpoint protection)Experience with Rapid7 (vulnerability management and security analytics)Experience with N-Able (remote monitoring and management)A+ CertificationMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateFamiliarity with HIPAA, PHI data handling, and ITIL best practices.Our success as a company is built on practicing inclusion and embracing diversity.
