Senior Legal Counsel, Information & Cyber SecurityTransUnion is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. Our team is committed to innovation and excellence.What You'll Bring:Strong understanding of information security risk assessment and managementExpertise in information security industry frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SSAE16, PCI, and ISO 27001/27002Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with 4 to 6 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a financial, insurance, or regulatory environmentActive license to practice law and be in good standing in the applicable state(s) of employmentTransactional practice history with a focus on information securityAbility to build and foster strong relationships with peers, staff, and management of all levels of the organizationImpact You'll Make:Review and negotiate security-related matters in TransUnion's partner and customer contractsCounsel TransUnion's Global Information Security Department on new and existing domestic and international regulations relevant to security operationsWork closely with cross-functional teams to provide information security and cybersecurity strategy and guidancePartner with TransUnion Global Compliance Department in connection with security audits and compliance mattersProvide advice to stakeholders regarding changes in the law, contracts, or other legal issuesBenefits:TransUnion provides flexible benefits, including flexible time off, paid holidays, health benefits, mental health support, disability benefits, parental leave, adoption assistance, and more.We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
