OverviewAssociate Director of Sales - Northeast at Access. Location: Washington, DC (remote role; success depends on active market presence and nurturing vendor and venue partnerships, developing new relationships).What You'll Be DoingAchieve sales metrics through thoughtful and strategic leadershipDevelop and train on effective sales strategiesMaintain and build strategic partnerships with key customers, including hotel partnersLead in the hiring, training and development of a high-performing sales teamCoordinate with all department leadersConduct annual and bi-annual reviews of Sales team members and provide recommendations for promotion or disciplineEducate and motivate team members to hit key company and individual sales performance indicatorsProvide accurate and timely sales forecasting on a quarterly/annual basisDefine and refine ongoing sales training for new and tenured team membersEngage with clients during pre-sale, development and execution stages to increase win rate and repeat businessUphold the Access Values: Imagine First, Demand Integrity, Embody Excellence, Always Collaborate, Service ObsessionCollaborate with the Managing Director to create synergy among all departmentsAbout AccessAccess is a women-owned and women-led destination management company that designs and executes corporate events and programs.
