Hotel Manager - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Base pay range: $210,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr The Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is an urban oasis in the heart of Southern California. Nestled at the iconic intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevard, the hotel offers an unforgettable experience in one of the world’s most glamorous cities. Guests enjoy luxury and elegance through dream getaways, world-class cuisine, and the sights and sounds of nearby Hollywood. What will I be doing? As Hotel Manager, you will oversee the overall operation of the property, ensuring excellence across key guest-facing departments, including Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving team member engagement, while upholding the hotel’s commitment to exceptional quality and service. Responsibilities Act as the top operator in the General Manager’s absence. Lead and support department leaders to ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences. Implement and monitor daily quality processes across the hotel. Partner with ownership and corporate leadership as needed. Recruit, develop, counsel, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of excellence. What are we looking for?
