SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR - CHARTWELLS K-12 (REMOTE) Chartwells K12 is seeking a Senior Sales Director for Chartwells K-12 in the Eastern and Western United States. This role focuses on developing trusted relationships within large school districts and driving profitable market growth of new Chartwells K-12 school accounts as an individual contributor. The position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales. Job Summary As a result of three record-breaking sales years, Chartwells K12 is looking to add two Senior Sales Executives to our sales team to continue our growth trajectory. Responsibilities Cultivates and develops new business opportunities via cold calling and prospecting Develops multi-level client contacts and relationships in the K-12 market, calling on Business Managers, Superintendents, and School Boards Leads the sales process including survey organization and execution, presentations, proposal development and delivery, and closing and contract negotiations Drives market growth and achieves sales targets Qualifications Minimally three to five years of previous sales experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills High energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities Strong time and territory management skills Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with CoPilot, ChatGPT High degree of personal accountability, discipline, resilience and integrity Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Sales experience in the K-12 schools market preferred Compensation and Benefits Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 base plus commissions. Potential total earnings well over $250K with meet/exceed targets.
