OverviewSenior Property Manager - dynamic Industrial portfolio. This onsite role will oversee the day-to-day management of a blended 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles. The Property Manager works in an independent environment with support from an Assistant Property Manager and a Property Coordinator.Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr. RealREPP LLC is assisting with the recruitment for this role.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of a 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles.Prepare monthly/quarterly property financial reports (accruals and variance reports) and CAM reconciliations.Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts; monitor operating expenses.Coordinate and ensure accuracy of budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations for the Asset Manager.Maintain strong communication with tenants and internal teams; provide high-level customer service.Support apartment/property operations and be comfortable working in an onsite, independent environment.QualificationsBachelor's DegreeReal Estate License (required)5 years of experience in commercial property management; industrial experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of financial terms and principals of property management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliationsExperience preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and operating expense estimatesExperience preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecastsSoftware experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS OfficeBenefits & ScheduleThe company offers a base salary, an excellent bonus structure and benefits, a 401(k) with a 5% match, health and wellness programs, and a half-day Fridays throughout the year.How to applyIf you are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume to or register and apply online at OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
