Finmarc currently manages nearly 7.0 million square feet of commercial real estate assets for its own account and for third party owners.About this Opportunity:Finmarc Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to assist in the expanded growth of our property management portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Provides direction and leadership for an assigned management portfolio and, if required, its on-site or contracted/roving staffInspects assigned properties on a regular schedule, identifies any deficiencies, and recommends /implements plans for resolution. Prepares regular reports to Director regarding operating issuesRecommends, prepares, and manages routine service contracts for maintenance and other operating activities within the portfolioMeets regularly with all tenants in assigned portfolio. Prepares regular reports to Director regarding tenant issues and satisfactionWorks closely with leasing and asset management staff, including outside brokers, to prepare spaces for lease and to manage move-ins and move-outsOversees capital and tenant improvement process for assigned portfolio, including the oversight of minor tenant upfits and both minor and major common area repairsInteracts regularly with contractors and local government officials (police and fire, building inspectors)Prepares, monitors, and implements annual operating budgets for assigned propertiesReviews and approves invoices for timely paymentPrepares monthly invoices for special tenant reimbursements, such as utilities or lease-required repairsPrepares monthly operating reports, including the drafting of variance analyses and explanations of accounts receivable for portfolioReviews accounts receivable for assigned portfolio on a monthly or more frequent basis and, working with in-house staff, leads efforts for collectionAdministers, interprets, and enforces lease provisions. Works closely with Lease Administration on billing and other relevant lease issuesAssists with special projects for properties within portfolio as neededIs available and on call 24 hours a dayQualifications:At least seven (5) years commercial property management experience required (residential management experience is not acceptable)Must have experience in commercial office, flex/industrial, and retail strip center managementStrong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilityExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be well-organized, and consistently have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and complete projectsMust be familiar with and have ability to interpret standard accounting schedules, such as general ledgers, income statements, rent rolls and aged accounts receivable reportsMust be able to operate in Windows environment proficiently (i.e.: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams)Finmarc Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
