Our flagship brands, LiftMaster and Chamberlain, are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ app daily.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead creative strategies across campaigns, packaging, retail, and digital.Oversee packaging design and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.Manage brand identity systems and maintain the digital asset library (DAM).Partner with Integrated Marketing to produce new product go-to-market creative deliverables.Collaborate with Growth & Performance on digital and performance creative testing.Oversee production of co-op marketing creative for retail and trade partners.Manage creative workflow, agency / vendor relationships, and resourcing.Work seamlessly within the Marketing Organization ensuring clear R&R and handoffs: owns consumer-facing creative assets-including ads, packaging, campaigns, retail creative, and social content-receives brand messaging guardrails from Brand Communications and product positioning briefs from Integrated Marketing, and hands off to Integrated Marketing for product launches and co-op programs with key Retail Customers, as well as to Growth & Performance to run creative through paid media and digital ply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members.Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company’s policies.Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications.Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.10+ years in creative leadership roles within digital creative agencies, consumer products, CPG, technology, or retail-focused companies. Demonstrated packaging design experience required.Proven ability to translate product briefs into compelling consumer-facing creative.Deep expertise in design systems, packaging, and creative campaign execution.Strong understanding of retail/e-commerce creative requirements.Exceptional project management and vendor management skills.Ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional creative team.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DAM systems, and workflow tools.U.S. based travel up to 25%.Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in brand and creative leadership, preferably within consumer technology, connected devices, or subscription-based services.Strong design sensibility with a proven track record of delivering packaging, campaign, and digital creative at scale.Experience managing in-house design teams and external agencies/vendors.Strong understanding of retail and digital creative requirements (Amazon, e-comm PDPs, packaging standards).The pay range for this position is $159,500.00 - $257,000.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
