OverviewDirect message the job poster from Lumexa ImagingThe Regional Chief Financial Officer will serve as the strategic financial partner to the Regional President and operations leadership team for a high-growth outpatient imaging and radiology business. This executive will focus on enabling growth by aligning financial strategy with operational priorities, supporting volume expansion, and providing the analytics, modeling, and insights needed to guide decision-making.The Regional CFO will combine hands-on financial discipline with forward-looking business partnerships to help operators optimize performance, allocate capital effectively, and capture opportunities for expansion.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & Growth EnablementAct as a key business partner to regional operations leadership, ensuring financial insights drive patient volume growth, site performance, and market expansion.Provide strategic analysis and scenario modeling for new site development, service line growth, partnerships, and acquisitions – including initial business case development through ongoing performance measurement.Collaborate with operators on growth initiatives by linking clinical, operational, and financial data to forecast outcomes and support decisions.Align regional financial priorities with enterprise strategy and private equity growth objectives.Support Joint Venture partnerships through Board meeting participation, strategic planning and material preparation.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support both short- and long-term growth strategies.Translate complex data into actionable dashboards and performance insights for regional operators to drive accountability and pull through opportunities and ensure risk mitigation.Build predictive models to assess ROI of new investments, de novos, staffing decisions, and volume growth strategies.Partner with revenue cycle and enterprise finance teams to ensure revenue performance supports growth goals.Operational FinanceMonitor key metrics such as labor cost, patient throughput, site-level profitability, and EBITDA contribution by modality, site and market.Work side by side with regional operators to understand business drivers, address performance gaps, and optimize resource allocation.Develop playbooks and financial tools that help local leaders manage their centers more effectively.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop a regional finance team skilled in analytics, planning, and decision support.Create a culture of financial transparency and accountability across the region.Serve as a trusted advisor to both enterprise and regional leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in multi-site healthcare services, private equity–backed, or other volume-driven industries.Proven experience as a strategic partner to healthcare operators, with emphasis on driving volume, supporting growth, and delivering actionable analytics.Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development for growth initiatives.Deep knowledge of outpatient healthcare economics, revenue cycle, and multi-site operations preferred.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with ability to build trust and influence across clinical, operational, and executive teams.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesMedical Practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
