Our OB/GYNs deliver comprehensive obstetric care and emergent gynecological services, focusing on women’s health throughout their adult life, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions specific to female anatomy, such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Our specialists guide and support women throughout pregnancy in the hospital setting.Position HighlightsProvide hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecological care.Participate in regional OBGYN team rotations, performing hospital-based duties.Round on inpatient obstetric patients, manage scheduled labor inductions, and perform planned C-sections.Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group.Work 24-hour shifts, with an expectation of 7 shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that provides clear direction and development opportunities.Required QualificationsGraduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hireLicensed in the State of TexasBoard Certified or Board EligibleMust have completed residency and practicing or be in residency when applyingCompensation and BenefitsCompensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and productivity.
