This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving practice with a full schedule, strong clinical support, and room for continued growth. About the Position Full-time schedule: 4 days/week (preferred: Tuesday–Friday or Monday–Wednesday/Friday) Full-scope general dentistry including: Anterior, premolar, and first molar endo Simple and surgical extractions Dentures and partials Family-focused practice that sees a broad range of ages, including pre-teens Patient mix includes Medicaid (with reimbursement rates comparable to PPO) and PPO insurance 8 operatories (expanding to 11 in 2025) Supported by 4 full-time hygienists 2024 production goal: $4.5 million (on pace to achieve) $900/day guarantee for the first 5 months 32% of net production starting month 6 $10,000 sign-on bonus (50% paid at start) $2,000 CE allowance per year Malpractice premium covered if added to practice policy (tail coverage not included) Medical and vision coverage available for providers working 30+ hours/week 401(k) offered (no match) Compensation Base pay range: $230,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Health and Human Services Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
