Dentist - Implant Specialist Job in St. Louis, MOBlue Jay Dental has an excellent associate position available with a client in St. Louis, MO. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dentist with a passion for implant dentistry. This opportunity is a focused position dedicated to the restoration of implants only and requires a minimum of five years of experience (or a prosthodontist) to join a busy, high-tech practice focused on complex implant cases.Position OverviewOur client is a well-established practice located in a Medical complex in St. Louis. They are looking for an associate dentist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills for implant restoration and a personality that fits a team-oriented, high-tech environment. The practice is a paperless, all fee-for-service clinic specializing in adult care, particularly complex implant restorations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex implant restorations, including All-on-X cases.Conduct patient consultations for implant procedures.Utilize digital dental workflows for pre- and post-surgery records.Deliver surgical and final prostheses.Offer mentorship on advanced implant restoration techniques.Practice InformationOffice Hours: Monday - ThursdayOperatories: 11 total, with 5 dedicated to the implant clinic.Equipment: This is a technology-driven practice with state-of-the-art equipment, including two CBCT scanners (Planmeca and Acteon), three 3D printers (Sprintray and Shinning), multiple intraoral scanners, photogrammetry, CEREC, and Xnav dynamic guided surgery.Charting Software: Eaglesoft (paperless)Patient Base: 100% adults, all pensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $250,000 for the first pensation Structure: Base salary plus a bonus per case completed, with high-income potential.
