Marathon Health has been recognized as a five-time Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work in Healthcare winner and a six-time Best in KLAS award winner for employer-sponsored healthcare services.ResponsibilitiesProvide patient-centered primary care to employees at health centers in Chesterton and Merrillville, Indiana, through Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care.Deliver high-quality care with a smaller patient panel and longer appointment times where appropriate, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.Collaborate with a team of professionals to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction; participate in interdisciplinary care with APPs when applicable.QualificationsGraduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active state license required; DEA preferred.
