OverviewHealth Services Director - RN or LPN at Clearwater Living. Pay range is provided by Clearwater Living and will be based on skills and experience; discuss with the recruiter for details.Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yrBenefitsExcellent benefits401(k) contributionsPaid Vacation and Sick leaveExciting opportunities to growDynamic and fast paced environmentCulture of people first and service alwaysResponsibilitiesConduct and coordinate the assisted living resident assessment program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and community policies and procedures that govern resident assessment, including:Ensure an initial assisted living resident assessment is completed prior to each resident’s move-in date and a comprehensive care plan is completed upon move-inConduct routinely scheduled re-assessments on each resident and change of condition assessments as needed to ensure residents receive the best possible care and programsConduct interviews and observations of residents on a continual basisAlert the Executive Director, family members and others of changes in physical or emotional health and the department’s ability to meet needsCoordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of careCollaborate with all departments to ensure residents receive services that enhance quality of lifeAct as a resource and care manager for residents and their familiesDevelop and follow a monthly calendar to engage residents in meaningful activities dailyRecruit, hire, train, supervise, schedule, motivate, and evaluate department staff within budgetPerform administrative duties including staff evaluations, forms, reports, and resident recordsCoordinate prescription orders with doctors’ offices and pharmacy deliveryMaintain overall safety and health of residentsAid in community marketing through positive interactions and liaison with families/outside providersManage the department within budget, track inventory, and order suppliesEnsure regulatory compliance and report issues promptlyComply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operationsRepresent Clearwater Living principles and core values dailyPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum five to seven years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industryRN, LPN, or LVN certification (completed nursing coursework for certification)Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience, including training and budgetingFirst Aid/CPR/BLS Certification requiredBackground clearances as required by regulationsMust meet health requirements, including TBClearwater Living is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
