The Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer & Site Administrator is an executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization the position serves (either Amery Regional Medical Center, Inc. (Amery), or Hudson Hospital, Inc. (Hudson), or Westfields Hospital, Inc. (New Richmond). Amery, Hudson, and Westfields are referred to collectively as the Western Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in this job description. This role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing resources effectively to achieve organizational goals. The Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer & Site Administrator collaborates with system, regional, and local leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall performance of the organization. The Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer & Site Administrator will serve as the liaison for the President, Western Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics to the local campus. This position administers, directs and coordinates all activities of the organization to carry out its mission to provide high quality health care and participation in community health programs. The Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer & Site Administrator works closely with the President, Western Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and the President, Lakeview Health and Valley Executive Leader to ensure alignment between the organization/'s mission, vision, and strategic goals. Work Schedule: Monday - FridayResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations for the organization served (Amery Regional Medical Center, Hudson Hospital, or Westfields Hospital) and ensure alignment with mission and strategic goals.Collaborate with system, regional, and local leadership to develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to enhance performance.Serve as liaison to the local campus for the President, Western Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.Oversee governance and administration to deliver high-quality health care and participate in community health programs.Required QualificationsEducation, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current licensure as an RN in the State of Wisconsin, requiredMaster/'s Degree, requiredMinimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in health care or related field, demonstrating management expertiseRequired Candidate Would Ideally Reside In Westfields Primary Service area (New Richmond, Somerset, or Star Prairie zip codes) or within 30 minutes of the campusLicensure/Registration/Certification: Current Unencumbered Wisconsin RN License, RequiredBLS And ACLS PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong leadership, management, and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirementsAdditional InformationFor full info, follow application link.
