Urology Surgical Oncology APP Position with MDACC

The Division of Surgical Oncology at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center continues to experience rapid growth. As part of this growth, we are recruiting Advanced Practice Providers to provide inpatient and outpatient clinical services at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center. Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Surgical Urology team (five APPs and four Surgeons). Qualified candidates must be board certified and are expected to provide compassionate, evidence-based and multidisciplinary care to cancer patients. Experience is preferred; new graduate candidates with strong backgrounds will be considered. Our NP/PA is expected to be an active member of the Division and participate in clinical, research and education services provided by Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center (BMDACC) at the Banner Gateway Medical Campus in Gilbert, AZ. Responsibilities Support the Surgical Urology Team in inpatient, outpatient, and operating room settings (requires SFA training). NP with RNFA required. PA with surgical experience. Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical services as part of the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; on-call 1:8 weeks. Be an active member of the Division and participate in clinical, research and education services. Qualifications Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). SFA training required for APP support of the Surgical Urology Team. NP with RNFA required. PA with surgical experience.
