This partnership empowers AUUA to deliver superior, individualized patient care by leveraging Urology Alliance’s robust business and organizational support, ensuring our clinicians can focus on what they do best – providing top-notch care in a successful and dynamic private practice setting.ResponsibilitiesPerform complete evaluations on patients of all agesOrder and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic studiesEstablish working diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with urologistsImplement therapeutic interventions and provide appropriate follow-up careRefer to the supervising urologist or specialists as neededOther duties as assignedSees new and follow-up patients and provides problem-oriented intervention for their urological conditionsAssists in care, treatment, and follow-up as neededPerform and/or assists in-office procedures, including transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) volume studies, cystoscopies, post-void residual (PVRs) evaluations, difficult catheterizations, post-op voiding trials, and other necessary proceduresOrders and interprets lab, x-ray, special studies, and clinical procedures, and provides appropriate care and follow-upProvides phone/video consultation for patient complaints and prescription refillsPerforms on-call duties for urologyEvaluates, screens, and counsels patients on health maintenance and promotes utilization of community resourcesEducation & Experience RequirementsMaster of Science in Nursing (MSN) or PA degree from an accredited programActive and valid state medical licenseDEA/DPS licenseUrology experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong leadership and team collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
