About the JobOur Client is seeking an Associate Medical Director (AMD) to provide exceptional primary care to a panel of medically complex and socially vulnerable members. This full-time position is located in a professional office environment, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Guided by our core values of accountability, caring, trust, and teamwork, we are committed to delivering innovative, patient-centered solutions that improve quality of life and health outcomes.Your RoleAs the Associate Medical Director, you will:Provide primary care services to a panel of members, leading an interdisciplinary care team.Supervise, coach, and mentor fellow providers in delivering excellent primary and urgent care.Collaborate with the Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team.Engage with community organizations and hospital systems to enhance service provision.Implement evidence-based practices and track quality metrics to achieve care goals.Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop treatment initiatives and transitional care plans.How You QualifyCurrent Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.DEA and ACLS certifications.5+ years of clinical and administrative experience leading interdisciplinary teams.Experience in clinic settings, community-based organizations, or inpatient units.Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational dependent self-starter with a focus on population health and healthcare utilization management.How You Are SupportedOur Client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off.
