This is a full-time, onsite role requiring collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.ResponsibilitiesProvide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.Handle administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, verifying insurance, and maintaining a clean environment.Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients and perform diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses.Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.Encourage patient participation in health screenings, wellness, and chronic condition management.QualificationsMaster/'s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner programCurrent National Board CertificationState of employment license for advanced practice nursingWillingness to obtain multi-state licensuresWork InformationShift hours: M-F 8:30a–7:30p, Sat 9:00a–5:30p, Sun 9:00a–4:30pOnsite role with flexible as-needed onsite requirementsWork every other weekend with possible holiday rotationsPosition reports to the practice managerSafety sensitive role, COVID-19 vaccination requiredBenefitsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
