In addition to clinical time, this position will also serve as faculty to our Physician Residency Program.Job Responsibilities PhysicianUtilizes appropriate and effective patient care plans which includes adequate diagnostic procedures, therapies, use of consultation and referrals, and outcomes.Manages patients to assure continuity of care which includes adequate scheduling and tracking of return visits, completion of treatment plans, and follow-up of chronic problems, abnormal tests, and no show appointments.Provides whole-person care which includes appropriatereferrals to the social worker, nutritionist, and mental health tegration of biologic, social, psychological and environmental issues.Maintains adequate, concise, and legible documentation of patient care.Provides and documents appropriate periodic health examinations.
