About the Community SCVH is located in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, offering a diverse range of cultural, recreational, and lifestyle opportunities. About the Division of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Our Division provides consultative inpatient services and outpatient care for the full spectrum of Otolaryngology. The division consists of six BC/BE surgeons and offers robust specialty and ancillary support, integrated electronic health records, and support for Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma Centers within the health system. We serve the diverse population of Santa Clara County with a focus on equity and inclusion. About the Position This position requires excellent training in general Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. The ideal candidate will be flexible and eager to practice evidence-based patient care for our vulnerable population at multiple sites within our health system. Experience with trauma is necessary. A strong background and interest in laryngology is preferred, with fellowship training welcome but not mandatory. The candidate should be enthusiastic about growing the practice and advancing clinical expertise within the division. Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including 36 days of leave per year, 13 holidays, 5 CME days, medical, dental, and vision coverage, long-term disability, AD&D, life insurance, retirement plans, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and possible relocation reimbursement (pre-approval required).
