Practice & Compensation Details 7 on 7 off schedule with APP support Base Salary: $474K - $498K (depending on experience) Potential for up to $60K/year in value-based compensation $50K Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance Opportunities for additional shift compensation Banner-affiliated ASC investment opportunities Collaborate with a team of 12 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers Open to experienced providers and new graduates Graduating Fellows: $1500/month stipend during final training phase when signing early $100K loan repayment for qualifying fellows About Banner Health Banner Health operates 30 hospitals, six long-term care centers, and various other health services across six western states.
