We are a behavioral health company solely committed to serving healthier aging by taking an evidence-based approach to mental health and aging.The Opportunity:Total Life is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, and medication/pain management. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists who want to be part of a thriving group practice with the opportunity for growth and extra income. This is a remote position.Your Role:Provide virtual individual and or group therapyUtilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomesRequirementsOur Requirements:Must have a valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Counselor License in the state of Washington.At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approachesMust possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregateMust have an active NPIMust be available to start with a minimum of 10 hours per weekMust be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapyExisting credentialing with Medicare is a plusCAQH credentialing already set up is a plusMust be able to pass a criminal background checkBenefitsCompensation:$55-$70 per session based on experience and credentialsPerks:Competitive pay and incentivesOpportunities for growthFlexible scheduleSchedule:Part-time or full-time positions availableOptions for Monday-Friday and weekend availabilityLocation:Remote - Licensed in the state of WashingtonEven if you do not meet all of our criteria or have any questions please do not hesitate to apply.
