Assist in developing AccentCare goals, objectives, priorities, and policy recommendations for the Chief Clinical Officer. Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment.Participate in meetings, lead discussions on specialty health programs, and represent AccentCare in care activities, revenue, and expenditure matters. Develop contract recommendations for projects, programs, and services.Lead the process for all requests for proposals as directed by the VP of Clinical Services and the Chief Clinical Officer. Monitor field activities and report to leadership.Work with local Executive Directors to implement programs, train clinicians and marketing staff, and oversee specialty health clinicians concerning payer processes and reports.Manage and support all staff involved in specialty health programs. Conduct meetings with physicians and prospective clients, building strong relationships. Prepare and deliver presentations.Manage all projects related to specialty health programs to meet company goals, policies, contracts, laws, and regulations.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's in a related field. A Master's Degree in nursing or health-related field is preferred.Minimum two years of full-time RN practice in inpatient or outpatient settings; four years preferred.Valid driver's license required.Knowledge of nursing and rehabilitation principles, and understanding of business and regulatory concepts including licensing, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards for home and community health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
