Join to apply for the Clinical Director role at Nuclear Care PartnersNuclear Care Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director (RN) to lead our clinical team in Ohio and uphold our standards of excellence in home health care!The Clinical Director (RN) will be responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Nuclear Care Partners Home Care Agency, including the training and supervision of all clinical staff. The Clinical Director works closely with the Branch Administrator, VP of Clinical Operations, and VP of Compliance relating to the program and clinical services pensation: Full time salaried position including bonus potential.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time-Off and 401K.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the oversight, supervision, and quality assurance of all clinical services including but not limited to documentation and direct services.Supervises all activities to promote efficient processes, safe and compassionate nursing care, and patient satisfaction.Coordinates and orchestrates employee work related activities such as meetings, training, hiring, counseling, and employee evaluations.Analyzes problems to ensure agency policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.Provides direct case management services to a specific case load.Responsible for management of skilled services.Works closely with all staff to ensure patient and staffing needs are being met.Qualifications3 + years of Home Health management or Hospice experience preferredCurrent Ohio RN licenseAt least 5 years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacityProven leadership capabilities is requiredExtensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home HealthCurrent driver’s license and current automobile insuranceMust be able to travel as neededNuclear Care Partners is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
