Job Responsibilities: Serve as a Family Practice Physician providing examination, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment across medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecological, and orthopedic care. Take ownership and responsibility for the care of an assigned panel of patients, providing continuous, comprehensive primary care in accordance with current standards and Army policies. Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for patient care, coordinating across healthcare systems and the patient's community. Complete required medical records and documentation as per procedures and regulations. Teach and consult with other healthcare providers as assigned. Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and quality assurance activities. Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Ability to perform ACLS protocols independently and communicate skills effectively to team members.
