We are seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physicians to join our growing health care system.ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Diagnose and treat various medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; conduct thorough medical examinations and munication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams; provide clear and concise medical information; foster a collaborative, patient-centered approach to healthcare.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records; document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans; ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.Diagnostic Procedures: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work and imaging); perform procedures as needed; collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions; provide consultative services to other providers.Quality Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives; review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement; implement changes to enhance patient care and pliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards; stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements; participate in quality audits.Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices; participate in ongoing medical education and training; contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.QualificationsAmerican Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (specified area)A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligiblePractice DetailsClinical PracticeIncome Base Salary paid at the 75th percentileNo call or weekendsFlexible scheduling to support work/life balanceEasy ramp-up with specialist support and dedicated clinical staffUp-to-date clinics within the last 10 yearsProcedural rooms; virtual scribesEducation stipend, relocation, starting bonusGenerous time off, CME, full benefits, malpractice, and moreAbout CHI St. Alexius HealthCHI St. Alexius Health is a Level II Trauma Center and the largest health care delivery system in central and western North Dakota, with a network of hospitals, CAHs, clinics, and outpatient services.
