This role provides hands-on leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and support staff, while managing daily operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance in a collaborative and respectful environment.Responsibilities:Assess, plan, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of the patient's pathway to achieve identified outcomesLead the nursing team in delivering exceptional care across all perioperative services.Assumes a leadership role in the provision of quality nursing care for patients receiving services within the nursing departmentDemonstrates continued competence in assessing, treating, and caring for individuals based upon age-specific needs, utilizing a developmental perspectiveDemonstrates appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for the positionSupervises the smooth functioning of the unit on the assigned shiftPerforms all other duties as assigned to support departmental goalsQualificationsCurrent RN licensure in the State of CaliforniaMinimum 1 year of continuous leadership or supervisory experienceAt least 2 years of OR circulating experienceGraduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN required); Master’s in Nursing or Management preferredPrior experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) strongly preferredCompletion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)CNOR certification preferredUSD $135,000.00/Yr.
