The practice is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.Schedule: 4 - 4.5 days a week, 34 patient contact hours per week. (Flexible scheduling and reduced FTE available)Call: 1:30, phone only with excellent triage service.EMR: EPICThe practice caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment. With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family and urgent care services available 7 days a week, the practice offers a multitude of services in one convenient location including: urgent care,family practice, occupational medicine, diabetes care & education, sleep disorders center, orthopedics, heart care, lab draw services, physical therapy, occupational therapy (including hand therapy), pelvic floor and low vision therapy, and a community health education center - offering wellness classes on-site.The ideal candidate will:Possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeHave successfully completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency programBe Board Certified through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or will obtain such certification within 3 years of employment)Be eligible to obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases including valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEARECRUITMENT PACKAGEAn excellent compensation and benefits package is available for the right candidate including:Sign-on IncentivesStudent Loan RepaymentRelocationPTO & CME AllocationMalpractice Insurance (Incl.
