OverviewCurrently seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician in Dixon, IL. This is a hospital-based opportunity with a busy practice. Practice details include a mix of 60% Obstetrics and 40% Gynecology, Level 2 Nursery, 1:3 call, and a current staff consisting of 4 MDs, 2 CNMs, and 1 Women’s Health NP. The practice is a succession planning search with an emphasis on maintaining high-quality OB/GYN care.ResponsibilitiesProvide obstetrics and gynecology medical care in a hospital-based setting.Manage a workload comprising roughly 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology, including involvement with Level 2 Nursery activities.Participate in a 1:3 call schedule and contribute to a collaborative care team with physicians, nurse midwives, and advanced practice providers.QualificationsBE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Active Illinois Medical License or ability to attain.Minimum 1 year of experience; DEA, ACLS, BLS pensation and Benefits$387,000-$482,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential.Paid time off (PTO).Relocation: munityCommunity offers a good work-life balance with access to arts centers, boating, hunting, and fishing on the river.
