The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.We are adding a physician to work in our Greenfield and Germantown primary care clinics. You will work alongside Nurse Practitioners, a Physician, a Mental Health Professional, and well trained support staff. The hours are: Work hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM, and Fridays, 7 AM-4 PM. You'll work one Saturday a month (7 AM-11 AM), with a reduced four-hour shift on the preceding Friday. Allows for consistent income with manageable productivity expectations.The Employer- an excellent benefit resulting in happier, healthier employees and families which will reduce the costs on their medical plans.QualificationsMust see children ages 2+Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting OR completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues OR demonstrated knowledge of pharmacology and treatment protocols acquired through residency training.DEA required for prescribing and dispensingAbility to pass on-site credentialingBoard Certified in primary care or another related field.
